Smart & Safe Florida Announces Three New Spanish TV Ads
Campaign to legalize adult use recreational marijuana debuts new ads “La Aprobación de Trump,” “Libertad,” and “Falso”
(Orlando, FL) – Today, Smart & Safe Florida announced “La Aprobación de Trump,” “Libertad,” and “Falso” as three new Spanish-language ads in support of Amendment 3. “La Aprobación de Trump” touts former President Donald Trump’s endorsement of Amendment 3. “Libertad” highlights the benefits of Amendment 3: individual freedom, safety, and economic opportunity. Finally, “Falso” clears up misleading information about the competitive marijuana market in Florida.
Amendment 3 will ensure recreational adult use marijuana in Florida is tested and safe from dangerous substances like fentanyl – all while providing billions in new tax revenue.
These ads follow, “Maestra” the first Spanish language ad Smart & Safe Florida aired this summer.

A vote yes on Amendment 3 will improve the safety of Florida’s children by helping prevent illicit marijuana from making its way into the state. Without regulation, these products can be laced with dangerous materials including meth, fentanyl, ketamine and other illegal substances. Additionally, the projected $431 million in new annual tax revenue from regulated adult use recreational marijuana can be invested in our schools, police and other statewide programs.
