Smart & Safe Florida Launches New Ad Featuring Florida Mom and Teacher
Campaign to legalize adult use recreational marijuana debuts new ad, “Years”
(Orlando, FL) – Today, Smart & Safe Florida announced “Years,” a new ad featuring a Florida mom and teacher who knows passing Amendment 3 means keeping her children and students safe, and new tax revenue that can be allocated toward Florida schools.
Amendment 3 will ensure marijuana in Florida is tested and safe from dangerous substances like fentanyl – all while providing billions in new tax revenue. When states legalize adult use recreational marijuana, youth marijuana use declines and college enrollment rates increase.
“Years” will air statewide across broadcast, cable, streaming, radio and digital platforms.
“Years” can be viewed HERE.
A vote yes on Amendment 3 will improve the safety of Florida’s children by helping prevent illicit marijuana from making its way into the state. Without regulation, these products can be laced with dangerous materials including meth, fentanyl, ketamine and other illegal substances. Additionally, the projected $431 million in new annual tax revenue from regulated adult use recreational marijuana can be invested in our schools, police and other statewide programs.
